Who are you?

My name is Constantin Bejenaru, but everyone is calling me Boby.

I am an experienced and enthusiastic web developer focused on high quality code.

…and what do you work?

Over the years, working on real world projects I have gained the experience to develop high end solutions ranging from media sharing to social networks, blogs, content management systems and e-commerce, optimization of algorithms and databases to scaling and caching, load balancing, cloud storage and design.

I treat every project as it would be my own, so you can expect that I am very meticulous from planing to modeling and from development to deployment. Every single project will gain extra attention on usability, security and scalability in architecture design, the code will be maintainable and extendable, everything well documented and organized.

From simple tasks to complex web projects, industry proven patterns will be used along with the latest technologies when possible: PHP 5.3, Memcached, FFMpeg/MEncoder, Red5, AJAX, JSON, REST, document-oriented databases, cloud storage and so on.

Anything else, except work?

In my free time, I usually go climbing, mountain biking, trekking/hiking, taking photos, training or just hanging around.

What about freelance work?

Yes, I am available for freelance work for $25/h or per project fee on request. Most clients don’t have a huge budget, so I try to keep a reasonable rate for my work. However I am a bit picky when choosing clients, who is not respecting me or my work will get ignored.
